The Bosc pear may not have the prettiest skin texture or color. Please don’t judge this pear by that. This pear is sweet to the taste with a nice crunchy bite. This pear simply needs to be washed before eating. It is great as a snack, like the other pears it holds up to baking, grilling and poaching.
