The Pink Lady apple is a small apple with a crisp fresh bite. It is the perfect mix of tart and sweet.
The Pink Lady apple got its name from a novel. The owner of this variety wasn’t sure what to call and in reading the novel he found the phrase Pink Lady and thought it was fitting.

The glossy, thin, smooth skin of the pink lady with it’s dots and patches of bright pink to red blush make the pink lady distinctive. This apple is able to be stored at home for 2 weeks in the crisper.

The tasty part or flesh of this apple is slow to oxidize so it remains this stunning white color. The flesh of the pink lady is dense and firm so it has a nice juicy crisp bite. Because of the high acidity and sugar levels the Pink Lady apple can give you that fizz like sensation. Adding to it’s fresh tart then sweet taste.
